This is the "Truth or Consequences" hat by Bullhide.  This hat is adorned with a leather hatband sporting an oval metal plaque embellished with a picture of a gun. On either side of the plaque is a faux gun-belt, with holder for the faux bullets and silver-toned studs around the top of t he hatband.  This hat has a metal wire around the brim for easy re-shaping.
