This is the "Allright" palm hat by Brittoli. This palm is really a retro hat with the flipped-up brim all the way around and a thick hatband. With it being a palm even though it is on the dresser size you can still wet it and keep yourself cool. Just pour some water into the crown swish it around and dump it out, instant cooler.
